New or REFURBISHED EQUIPMENT
DCCM will warranty all refurbished equipment purchased from us for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase. If equipment is defective within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase it will be diagnose and shipped within 48 hours at DCCM's expense. If equipment becomes defective after the first thirty (30) days it will be repaired within 7 to 10 business days and shipped back at DCCM's expense. However, if the equipment is found not to be defective, DCCM will ship the item back at the customer's expense along with a $20.00 diagnostic fee. All items are shipped via Ground service unless customer request otherwise and is willing to incur the additional shipping costs. DCCM will NOT accept packages without an assigned RMA #!
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
Warranties do not cover the product if it was misused, neglected, improperly installed, physically damaged or altered, either internally or externally, or damaged from improper, use in an unsuitable environment, or Acts of God.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Please visit the website and fill out a Return Merchandise Request (RMR). This will be submitted to one of DCCM's Customer Care Representatives for review. You will than be contacted within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back.
