If your 1000 Scanner is adding a zero to your upc (so it reads as a 13 digit upc, a lot of POS software is now programming to 13-digit upcs) and you want it to not add the "0", then download this configuration sheet. Scan the barcodes on the sheet in the order they are listed, but skip the "Restore Default Settings" barcode, and that should do it. Click here to download the Configuration Sheet
